NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 13, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2016CA001037000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, is Plaintiff, and KEVIN BLEVINS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The West 75.0 feet, less the North 10.0 feet thereof of Lot 6, Block B, CLEVELAND HEIGHTS MANOR FIRST ADDITION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 45, Page 29, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
