Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 30, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 294, UNIT 9, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 7 TO 18, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BY EXTENDING THE LOT LINE BETWEEN LOTS 6 AND 7, A DISTANCE OF 7.70 FEET IN THE NORTHEASTERLY DIRECTION AND BY EXTENDING THE LOT LINE BETWEEN LOTS 8 AND 9, A DISTANCE OF 6.72 FEET IN THE NORTHEASTERLY DIRECTION, THE AREA ENCLOSED BETWEEN THE BACK LOT LINE AND LOTS 7 AND 8 AND THE TWO EXTENSIONS PREVIOUSLY DESCRIBED CONNECTED BY THE WATER-FACE OF THE CONSTRUCTED SEAWALL AMOUNTING TO 576.87 SQUARE FEET, MORE OR LESS, ALL IN BLOCK 294, UNIT 9, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 7 THROUGH 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on December 29, 2016 beginning at 09:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
