NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 27, 2016, in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, U .S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE OF AMERICAN HOMEOWNER PRESERVATION TRUST SERIES 2014B, is the Plaintiff, and OSWALDO CASTILLO, MYSTIC GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION , INC., SUNTRUST BANK, BETTER SPACES SOUTHEAST LLC D/B/A BETTER SERVICE SOUTHEAST, CITY OF FORT MYERS, FLORIDA and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A PEDRO BLACIOS are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on December 29, 2016, at 9:00 A.M. to the highest bidder for cash on line at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statute, after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 0313, BUILDING 5303, MYSTIC GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT #2006000041352 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF.
including the buildings, appurtenances, and fixtures located thereon.
Property Address: 5303 Summerlin Road #0313, Fort Myers, FL 33919 (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
