NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 10, 2009 and an Order on Defendant's Motion to Cancel Sale dated Nov 22, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-54535 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and IVAN CATALAN; DARLING CATALAN; IF LIVING, INCLUDING ANY UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAID DEFENDANT(S), IF REMARRIED, AND IF DECEASED, THE RESPECTIVE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, AND TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANT(S); DISCOVER BANK; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; WHETHER DISSOLVED OR PRESENTLY EXISTING, TOGETHER WITH ANY GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, OR AGAINST DEFENDANT(S), are Defendants.

LOT 21, 22, 23, BLOCK 2905, CAPE CORAL UNIT 41, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 2 THROUGH 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
