NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 15-CA-050701 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS, OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-WMC4 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006- WMC4, Plaintiff, and EMMANUELLA BLANC; BARTHELEMY BLANC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 A/K/A MARIE MUZAC, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 30 day of January, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 53, UNIT 9, SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
