NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-003073 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Igor Babinov; Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Michelle Regon; Laraine DePalo; Matera Condominium Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First Magnus Financial Corporation, its successors and assigns; Paul M. DePalo, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 30 day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 406, IN BUILDING NO. 4, OF MATERA, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT #2006000435696, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
