NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-002992 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and The Preserve at Colonial Section III Condominium Association, Inc.; The Preserve at Colonial Recreation Association, Inc.; Colonial Country Club of Lee County Master Association, Inc.; Shawn Lennon; Valerie Lennon, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 29 day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 3506, BUILDING 35, PHASE 3, THE PRESERVE AT COLONIAL SECTION III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT 2006000174106, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2006000236799, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2006000236800, THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
