NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-002888 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as trustee on behalf of CWABS Asset-Backed Certificates Trust 2007-BC1 by Green Tree Servicing LLC, is the Plaintiff and Carlos Arguinzoni, Jr. aka Carlos Arguinzone, Jr., Celia Lopez, City of Cape Coral, Florida, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 30 day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 41 AND 42, BLOCK 790, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 22, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 1 TO 16, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
