NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-002469, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and KIM S. COSTA A/K/A KIM COSTA F/K/A KIM S. HAGMANN; CAPITAL ONE BANK, (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; THE BREEZE CORPORATION, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 29 day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 9, UNIT 2, LEELAND HEIGHTS, SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 44, SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9 PAGE 125, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
