NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30 day of November, 2016, and entered in Case No.2015-CA-050666, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Trust, NA, successor trustee to Citibank, N.A., as Trustee, f/b/o the registered holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2007-AR6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR6, is the Plaintiff and ALICIA CIMENO; JOHN C. HARRE; SANDOVAL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN PART #1, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 30 day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
