Final Judgment was awarded on December 02, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-050779, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF EVELYN SUPANICK, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; MARGARET ANN SWARTZLANDER; SOUTH POINTE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, PHASE IV, ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants.
