NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale dated November 30, 2016 entered in Case No. 15-CA-050933 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and SOUZA, ADILSON, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lee County On Line Public Auction website: www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on January 13, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 7, BUILDING 103, SUMMERLIN WOODS CONDOMINIUM NO. 1, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1804, PAGE 1259, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
