NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to reschedule foreclosure sale dated November 30, 2016 in Case No. 16-CA-000311 in the County Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein PARKWOOD VII HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non- profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and ROBERT A. BELL, et al, is the Defendant, I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on January 4, 2017. Foreclosure Auctions will be held online at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:

From said point of beginning run N 88 degrees 48 minutes 24 seconds E for 31.00 feet; thence run N 1 degree 11 minutes 36 seconds W for 36.33 feet; thence run S 88 degrees 48 minutes 24 seconds W for 31.00 feet; thence run S 1 degree 11 minutes 36 seconds E for 36.33 feet to the point of beginning.
