NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2016, entered in Case No. 16-CA-001188 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or Other Claimants Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against the Estate of Michael A. Lowe a/k/a Michael Anthony Lowe, Deceased; Robin G. Lowe a/k/a Robin Lowe a/k/a Robin Gay Lumbra; Kristin M. Lowe; Jordan M. Lowe; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Universal American Mortgage Company, LLC; Condominiums at Barletta Association, Inc. F/K/A Condominium IV at Barletta Association, Inc. F/K/A Condominium I at Barletta Association, Inc.; Bella Terra of Southwest Florida, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the January 18, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 824, BUILDING 8, OF CONDOMINIUM IV AT BARLETTA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2005000141415, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
