Lot 138, RIVER RIDGE COUNTRY CLUB, PHASE 6, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 45, Page(s) 26, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 7643 Emery Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, 34654
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on 12/28/16.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
