NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 31, 2016, entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-1907 ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, Or Other Claimants Claiming By, Through, Under, Or Against Pok Hui Milovich, Deceased; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; George S. Milovich, Jr. A/K/A George Steven Milovich A/K/A George S. Milovich, As Heir of the Estate of Pok Hui Milovich, Deceased; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, or Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees or Other Claimants; United States of America On Behalf Of U.S. Department Of Housing And Urban Development; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 28th day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 189 OF TAMPA DOWNS HEIGHTS, UNIT 4, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 145-148, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
