Pestana, deceased, Kimberly M. Pestana, as an Heir of the Estate of Mary A. Pestana, deceased, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Mary A. Pestana, deceased, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, And Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 6th of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 5618, BUILDING 8, ASHTON LAKES NO. 3, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2129, PAGES 433 THROUGH 518, INCLUSIVE, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 28, PAGES 5, 5A THROUGH 5C, AND AS AMENDED, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL TENEMENTS HEREDITAMENTS AND APPURTENANCES THERETO.
