NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 002725 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and CHERI L. SCHUMACHER; CAREY L. SCHUMACHER; PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; PNC BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A NATIONAL CITY BANK; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE; WELLINGTON CHASE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; are defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00 am on the 22nd day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
