NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Plaintiff, THE MOORINGS OF SARASOTA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.'s, Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I In Rem entered in the above styled Case Number 2016 CC 004775 NC, in the County Court of Sarasota, Florida, that the Clerk of Court for Sarasota County will sell the following real property, in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit 1, THE MOORINGS, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1608, Page 206, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 20, Pages 50, 50A through 50E and amendments thereto, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Property Address: 9050 Midnight Pass Road, #1, Sarasota, FL 34242
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash via Internet at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on JANUARY 20, 2017. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
