NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 23, 2016 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 26, Block 2641, FIFTY-SECOND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 13, 13A through 13NN, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on January 4, 2017 on-line at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) Online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
