NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 27, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2015 CA 003163 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN BROTHERS SMALL BALANCE COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2 is the Plaintiff, and THE BUTTERFLY COMPANY, LLC; GREGORY S. ROTOLE, D.D.S., P.A.; STICKNEY POINT OFFICE CENTER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; GREGORY S. ROTOLE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on January 04, 2017 at 9:00 A.M the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CONDOMINIUM UNIT CONSISTING OF OFFICE MODULES A THROUGH X, 13 THROUGH 24,AND THE WEST 22' OF A THROUGH X-12 FIRST FLOOR, BUILDING A, STICKNEY POINT OFFICE CENTER, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1669, PAGES 1762 THROUGH 1814, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 22, PAGES 18, 18A THROUGH 18E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE REFERENCED UNIT.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
