BRUBAKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEVIN BRUBAKER A/K/A KEVIN P. BRUBAKER; SARAE BRUBAKER A/K/A SARAE K. BRUBAKER; STONEYBROOK AT VENICE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on January 04, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
