NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 15-CA-006438 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and YAMIRCA FERNANDEZ; MAYRA J. CORREA; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; COPPERFIELD AT TAMPA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC; TATIANA CORREA; THE ESTATE OF YAZMINA CORREA A/K/A YAZMINA H. CORREA, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF YAZMINA CORREA A/K/A YAZMINA H. CORREA, DECEASED; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 A/K/A AL GUTIERREZ; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 26th day of January, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 4, COPPERFIELD UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
