NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 6, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-000208 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff and BRANDY GONZALEZ A/K/A BRANDY L. GONZALEZ, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 4th day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT BEGINNING 25 FEET SOUTH AND 187.2 FEET EAST OF NW CORNER OF NE 1/4 OF NW 1/4 OF SW 1/4 OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, AND RUN EAST 70.54 FEET, SOUTH 100 FEET, WEST 70.54 FEET, AND NORTH 100 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1211 West Risk Street, Plant City, FL 33563
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
