FELLER, NICOLE M. CUFFARI; WESTCHESTER OF HILLSBOROUGH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; OLD REPUBLIC INSURANCE COMPANY; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; ET AL. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 4, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
