NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 9, 2016, in Case No. 2014-000049-CI-11 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Regions Bank D/B/A Regions Mortgage is Plaintiff, and Leonard W. Anderson, et al., are Defendants, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 17th day of January, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 165, PATTY ANN ACRES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGE 87, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
