NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 8, 2016, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7th day of February, 2017 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 6, Rolling Heights, according to map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 1, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
