NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-014358 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF OWS REMIC TRUST 2013-2, Plaintiff and BRYAN D. ABEE, CHRISTINA U. ABEE, ET AL are Defendants, I, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 16, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
