YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title under Chapter 65, Florida Statutes, has been filed against you regarding the following properties in PINELLAS County, Florida:
Unit 2701, Autumn Chase Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 15084, Page 873, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 142, Page 1, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto - (the “PROPERTY”).
a/k/a 2200 Gladys Street, Unit 2701, Largo, Florida 33774.
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Darrin R. Schutt, Esq., the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Schutt Law Firm, P.A., 12601 New Brittany Blvd., Fort Myers, Florida 33907 on or before 30 days from the date of the first publication of this notice, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
