NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 10, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-014400-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-12 is Plaintiff and JOSE A. ORTIZ; IVETTE PARILLA A/K/A IVETTE PARRILLA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 10 day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, LESS THE WEST 49.14 FEET THEREOF, OF HARBOR HEIGHTS PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, AT PAGE 141, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
