Lot 7, of WENTWORTH, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 51, Pages 141-144, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.orange.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on January 5, 2017.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
