Final Judgment was awarded on August 24, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-011808-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and ALICIA E. CASON N/K/A ALICIA E. KLEIN A/K/A ALISHA ROSHAWN CASON; LEONARD R. KLEIN; AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A LIZABETH GONZALEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A JANIEL MIRANDA; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY LLC A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY F/K/A FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

THE EAST HALF OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY:THE SOUTH 200 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 21 SOUTH, RANGE 28 EAST, LESS THE EAST 466 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THE SOUTH 30 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY. LESS THE EAST 15 FEET OF SAID PARCEL OF LAND ABOVE DESCRIBED.

THE NORTH 100 FEET AND THE EAST 15 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: THE SOUTH 300 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 21 SOUTH, RANGE 28 EAST, LESS THE EAST 466 FEET THEREOF, AND LESS THE SOUTH 30 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
