NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 18th day of November, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-018288-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, VENTURE TRUST 2013-I-H-R BY MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC, is the Plaintiff and JO ANN FAREKAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JO ANN FAREKAS IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are defendants.
