NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 1st day of December, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-007925-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and REANNON KEMPLIN A/K/A REANNON N. KEMPLIN A/K/A REANNON GONDEK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF REANNON KEMPLIN A/K/A REANNON N. KEMPLIN A/K/A REANNON GONDEK; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; EASTON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 2nd day of March, 2017 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42A, EASTON SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 68 AND 69, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
