NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Re-schedule Foreclosure Sale dated December 2, 2016 entered in Civil Case No.: 2016-CA-005894-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, Foreclosure Sale will be held online via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com pursuant to Judgment or Order of the Court and Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 11:00 AM on the 10th day of January, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 247, LESS THE SOUTH 27 FEET THEREOF, SILVER RIDGE PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 1-2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 2610 STALEY COURT, ORLANDO, FLORIDA 32818.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
