NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an in rem Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 18, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-011527-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONAL RESIDENTIAL ASSETS CORP. is Plaintiff and BENNETT, ANGELA L AND STEPHEN L, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on February 16, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
