NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 6, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-003372-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and WAYNE ROBERTS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 03 day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 14, Block C, North Pine Hills, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book X, Page 107, Public Records of Orange County, Florida,
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
