Final Judgment was awarded on August 29, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-028716-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS, II, INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4 is the Plaintiff, and SANDRA CULBRETH; ISLE OF CATALINA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CATALINA RECREATION & IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA JACKIE CULBRETH; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on January 10, 2017 at 11:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK G, ISLE OF CATALINA UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK V, PAGES 149 AND 150 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
