Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 6th day of January, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
