NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Final Summary Judgment in Foreclosure entered in this cause on February 2, 2016 and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered in this cause on November 30, 2016, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk shall offer for sale the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described below, at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on March 1, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
BEGIN 260 FEET WEST OF THE NE CORNER OF LOT 11, SOUTH SIDE FARMS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE WEST 60 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 135 FEET, THENCE EAST 60 FEET, THENCE NORTH 135 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BEING THE SAME LAND SHOWN AS LOT 15, PINE PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
