From the Northeast corner of Section 1, Township 35 South, Range 21 East, run North 87Ëš08'37” West along the North line of said Section 1, a distance of 102.88 feet to the Easterly right of way line of State Road 39; thence South 00°22'15” West along said Easterly right of way line, a distance of 1050.00 feet; thence South 89°37'45” East, a distance of 190.00 feet to the Easterly maintained right of way line of Logue Road and the Point of Beginning; thence South 89°37'45” East, a distance of 210.00 feet; thence South 00°22'15” West, a distance of 306.38 feet; thence North 89°37'45” West, a distance of 205.60 feet; thence North 00°27'07” West along aforementioned Easterly maintained right of way line of Logue Road, a distance of 306.41 feet to the Point of Beginning. Lying and being in Section 6, Township 35 South, Range 22 East, Manatee County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: FREDERICK J. MURPHY, JR., Esquire, Attorney for Plaintiff, Boswell & Dunlap LLP, 245 South Central Avenue, Post Office Drawer 30, Bartow, FL 33831, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice Of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
