YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
A parcel of land lying in Section 8, Township 35 South, Range 22 East, Manatee County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: Commence at the Southeast corner of said Section 8, thence South 89 degrees 26 minutes 06 seconds West along the South line of said Section 8, a distance of 1194.23 feet to the Point of Intersection with the Northerly monumented right-of-way line of Myakka City Wauchula Road for a Point of Beginning; thence continue South 89 degrees 26 minutes 06 seconds West along said South line, a distance of 1290.07 feet to the South 1/4 corner; thence South 87 degrees 20 minutes 19 seconds West along said South line, a distance of 160.04 feet; thence North 00 degrees 33 minutes 54 seconds West, 280.86 feet; thence North 89 degrees 26 minutes 06 seconds East, 1454.26 feet; thence South 00 degrees 19 minutes 19 seconds West, 275.03 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Padgett, P.A., whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, FL 32312, at least thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
