NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 1, 2016 and entered in Case no. 2015-CA-000793 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR BNC MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST SERIES 2007-3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3, is Plaintiff and ESTATE OF JOSEPH R. KRIKORY A/K/A JOSEPH R. KRIKORY, JR. A/K/A JOSEPH KRIKORY; UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JOSEPH R. KRIKORY A/K/A JOSEPH R. KRIKORY, JR. Brock, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 5 day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The West 180' of Tract 88, Unit 84, Golden Gate Estates, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 23, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
