NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-000272 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, DBA Christiana Trust, not Individually but as Trustee for Ventures Trust 2013-I-H-R., is the Plaintiff and NIR SHARON,TRUSTEE OF THE NIR SHARON REVOCABLE TRUST DATED MARCH 1, 2013; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; MONTEREY MASTER OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MONTEREY SINGLE FAMILY NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; NIR SHARON; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE NIR SHARON REVOCABLE TRUST DATED MARCH 1, 2013; UNKNOWN PARTY #1 NKA DEBRA ANTZIS; UNKNOWN PARTY #2 NKA CHAD ANTZIS; WENDY SHARON AKA WENDY E.
