NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 19, 2016, and entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-001347 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors, Inc., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, MLMBS Series 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and Cecile Colarusso, Albert V. Colarusso, Jr. a/k/a Albert V. Colarusso, Pebblebrooke Lakes Master Association, Inc., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 5 day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 41, PEBBLEBROOKE LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 4 THROUGH 12, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
