NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 2, 2016, and entered in 1201285CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-2, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and GRACE ARTESE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CRIS TIRADO are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on January 5, 2017 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
