BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, is Plaintiff and JAMES W. LANKFORD A/K/A JAMES LANKFORD; MARY M. LANKFORD A/K/A MARY LANKFORD; CHERRY LANE ESTATES PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; are defendants. Stacy Butterfield, Clerk of Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 11TH day of JANUARY, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
