Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, will on the 3rd of day January, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. EST, via the online auction site at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Polk County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 240, Lake Mariana Acres Unit Three, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 76, page(s) 25 and 26, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
and
A 1/331st interest in the recreation area as shown on the plat of Lake Mariana Acres, Plat Book 64, Page 10, and Lot 232 of Lake Mariana Acres Unit Two, Plat Book 71, Pages 35 and 36, all in the Public Records of Polk County, Florida. Together with 1998 SAND Mobile Home with VIN #FLFLH70A15169SP and Title # 45824953 which is permanently affixed to above said property.

pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
