LOT 17, BLOCK 381, POINCIANA, NEIGHBORHOOD 2 WEST, VILLAGE 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGES 5 THROUGH 18, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
