NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Civil Case No. 2015CA-004388-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and WHITSETT, MARGARET, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Polk County's On Line Public Auction website: www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on January 17, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in POLK County, FL as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
BEGINNING AT A POINT 536 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE WEST ONE-HALF OF THE EAST ONE-HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST; THENCE RUN NORTH 96 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF AVENUE K, M, W., WINTER HAVEN, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN WEST ALONG THE SOUTH 96 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO A POINT 95 FEET WEST OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE EAST 95 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; LESS AND EXCEPT THE EAST 25 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
